Redemption Instructions

• Dress code is  casual. Wear good walking shoes for the tree canopy ride. Do not wear brand new clothes since the steel cables at the tree canopy course may leave stain marks on your shirt and shorts. Do not wear jeans pants as they can reduce the flexibility on your legs. Prefer long sleeve shirts. • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women • Minimum age is 15 years • A minimum of 3 people per booking is required • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements . In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • Tour will happen with light rain, as it is done inside a rainforest. It will only be cancelled in case of a rain storm Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.
