Redemption Instructions

Please provide a working telephone number with a country code. We use a range of vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private taxis. For sedan vehicles in Barcelona, a maximum of four pieces of luggage is allowed in total, regardless of size. If your booking is for more than four passengers, this restriction does not apply. Please note that your driver will be waiting at the port for up to 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time, and any delays will be monitored accordingly
