Starting at 7:30am lets us beat the crowds, move comfortably through the market, and get the full experience instead of getting caught up in the chaos. Come hungry, you’ll leave not just full but deeply satisfied after an incredible food experience. Think hot, fluffy tamagoyaki, melt-in-your-mouth tuna and rich otoro, fresh seafood straight from the market, and a mix of Japanese sweets & seasonal treats! Along the way, we’ll duck into nearby temples and shrines for a quick change of pace. We’ll kick things off with freshly made tamagoyaki, hot, fluffy, and slightly sweet. It’s the perfect introduction to Tsukiji’s street food culture.

Next, we’ll try inari sushi, a simple but classic bite of sushi rice wrapped in sweet seasoned tofu. A local favourite that balances flavour and texture.
