Passengers going to a Cruise or MCO must receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher 30 minutes before their reservation times, and another call or text when arrived at the parking area outside the cruise terminal. Passenger with bags in hand call or text the driver to confirm (your driver's name and phone number will be sent via text and email on the day of service before you exit your ship) After 20 min of wait from scheduled time a charge per 15 minutes increment will be charged to account on file. If any Passengers need to pick up at any other location must receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher 30 minutes before their reservation times, and another call or text when arrived at pick up area (your driver's name and phone number will be sent via text and email on the day of service before 45 minutes to arrive ) After 15 min of wait from scheduled time a charge per 15 minutes increment will be charged to account on file. We have Safe and clean vehicles, and Commercial insurance covered, not wheelchair accessible, stroller accessible service, Infant seats available. The gratuities are additional for the rate of service. Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation, the amount you paid will not be refunded. The limit of luggage is according with the capacity of each van. (A single stroller is considered a suitcase / double stroller is considered two suitcases).
