Pickup Information

• Pickups at O’Hare International Airport (ORD) are based only on the flight number, not the selected pickup time. • Drivers monitor flights in real time. • After landing and baggage claim, the driver will contact the passenger via SMS (U.S. numbers) or WhatsApp (international numbers). • The driver waits at commercial parking and will request the exact lower-level vestibule/door. Driver arrival and free waiting time: • International flights: Driver arrives 45 minutes after the aircraft reaches the gate. Includes 1 hour of free waiting time (total 1h 45m from gate arrival). • Domestic flights: Driver arrives 20 minutes after the aircraft reaches the gate. Includes 45 minutes of free waiting time (total 1 hour). • If additional waiting time is needed, the passenger must contact the driver directly to request it. • Terminal 5: pickup only at doors 5D or 5E, inner lane
