Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Pickup Information

Our driver will pick you up at the address indicated 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Please contact us at least 12 hours before the service to communicate the exact time of your pick up. Once you have verified your identity by checking your booking voucher, you will be taken by following the fastest route to Rome airport (Fiumicino or Ciampino). Unless otherwise stated, all transfer services are calculated on the basis of 1 bag per passenger. Customers with more than one piece of luggage per person must be informed in advance to check if the stated car size is sufficient or if a larger vehicle needs to be provided and a higher transfer fee applied based on the requested car size. If customers travel with more than one piece of luggage per person without notice, the extra car may be charged directly.
