Meeting and Pickup
If your hotel is outside the boarding area (hotels located in the city center, Santa Teresa, Lapa, and Botafogo), we will provide meeting points in the southern zone of the city.

Transportation is included for guests staying in Copacabana, Leme, Ipanema, Leblon, and São Conrado. For guests staying in Barra da Tijuca or other areas outside the standard pickup zone, transportation can be arranged for an additional fee, provided the request is made in advance to allow for logistical planning. This condition applies exclusively to the "Floresta Classic" product. Pickup details and the exact time will be provided after the reservation is confirmed.
