For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Meeting and Pickup
If you choose the Shared Tour option, you will have to arrive by your own means to one of our meeting points, depending on your choice. You must be there 10 minutes before the activity starts in a strictly punctual way.
Redemption Instructions
Upon arrival at the pick-up time, the entrance ticket will have to be shown to the transport driver.
Pickup Information
One day before we will contact you to agree on the meeting point, the meeting points of the shared tour are: Angel de la Independencia, Polanco or Av Hidalgo 2 (Historic Center of Mexico City), also if you choose the Private Tour option we can pick you up directly to the place where you are staying as long as it is in downtown Mexico City.
