- IMPORTANT: Please write your address if it does not appear automatically, to check if we offer pickup at that location. One day before your flight (from 7:00 PM), we will contact you via WhatsApp or Viator to confirm the time and place of pickup. Please wait patiently for this message. PICKUP DETAILS • Schedule: between 4:20 and 5:00 AM (depending on your location). • Service area: Mexico City Center (Roma, Reforma, Historic Center, Polanco). • Tolerance: maximum 5 minutes. If you are not ready on time, you will have to go to our facilities in Teotihuacán on your own to join the tour. If your accommodation is in areas like Coyoacán, Santa Fe, or the Airport, we will offer you private transportation (additional cost) or otherwise your meeting point is at the Angel of Independence, from where our shared transport will pick you up.
