For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
• Minimum number of participants required for tour departure is two. Canyons reserves the right to cancel any tour where the minimum number of participants is not reached. • Minimum age is 13 years (6 years for private tours) • Please make sure to be on time. In the event of arriving late or do not show up for your tour, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Pregnant women cannot participate on this tour • Consumption of alcohol before the tour is strictly prohibited. Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are under the influence of alcohol, are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • This tour usually operates regardless of weather conditions. However, the tour might be canceled in extreme circumstances due to high water levels • Pickup from accommodation is not available, please inform at least 24 hours prior to the tour if pickup from JR Mitake station is required.
