Don't panic if you end not printing a ticket or lose your printout! You are always on our electronic Master List at checkout time which is created from your purchase. We do recommend that you check your Customer Profile contact information so that we have a traveling cell phone on our end to contact you if need be! No home phones please! Be advised, we cannot contact International Numbers less Canadian. It is up to International travelers to check their Viator account to see if they have any correspondence from us with any updates or changes!
