Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Check-in is 30 minutes prior to reservation time. Most important thing is to arrive on time as we need to fit each guest with the proper equipment (Snorkel, Mask, and Fins.) Guests need extra time if they are renting wetsuits (not included in ticket price, available for $12.00 per person, per wetuit and can be handled at check 30 minutes prior to reservation time.) Tours will be on the water at the reservation time. Guests who arrive late will miss the experience and will not be refunded. All guests need to check-in with front desk staff and will be subject to 12% Kayak Concession Fee 12% paid prior to experience / upon arrival.
