Redemption Instructions

You must get to the place on your own way unless you have booked a ticket with transportation. If the shared shuttle (only from La Fortuna) is included, you must send the name of the hotel as soon as possible to the email info@ticoparadisecr.com or by WhatsApp at +1 312-940-7044. Cancellations are not accepted with less of 15 days in advance. If you decide dont go, the reservation will be recognized as a no show and 100% will be penalized.

Pickup Information

The transportation service is included only when booking the "Shuttle + Ticket" option. Our driver will pick you up at your hotel at the indicated time, drop you off at the paradisiacal Tabacon hot springs, and we will coordinate an approximate return time. Our team will be ready on whatsapp to help you and find next driver available in the next 30 minutes.
