At main entrance of the super market "Super Aki" arrives white van and guides wear green shirts (they usually yell "Maya Adrenaline!"), come up and show your screen with your reservation ticket.

Pickup Information

Round-trip transportation is included with your booking from selected areas. For Tulum, transportation is provided only from official designated meeting points. Please note that we are not able to pick up directly from hotels, Airbnbs, private villas, or residential addresses in Tulum. This local arrangement helps us keep the service organized, punctual, and reliable for all travelers. You will simply need to meet our driver at one of the approved meeting points below. Tulum Meeting Points: - Super Aki Tulum - Oxxo La Veleta - Restaurante El Camello Jr. - Selecto Chedraui Supermarket - Copal Tulum Hotel Entrance - Kore Tulum Hotel Entrance We recommend asking your accommodation which meeting point is closest to you. You may also share your hotel, Airbnb, or villa location with us, and we will gladly help you identify the most convenient meeting point. To make coordination easier, please send us your WhatsApp number after booking. Large Groups in Tulum For bookings of 8 or more participants, we may be able to offer a private pickup directly from your hotel, Airbnb, or villa in Tulum, subject to availability. To arrange this, please send us your accommodation details and WhatsApp number so we can confirm the pickup time and logistics. Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras Pickup from Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras is included at no additional cost. Please contact us via WhatsApp after booking so we can coordinate and confirm your pickup time and location. Puerto Morelos Pickup from Puerto Morelos has an additional cost of $10 USD per person and is only available on Mondays and Fridays. Please contact us before your tour date to confirm availability.
