Redemption Instructions

— You will be contacted to re-confirm your flight ETA and the time of pickup. On the day before your arrival, you will also be provided the means of contact with your driver. — Please coordinate with your driver for the designated pickup "door" at the "Arrival Pick Up Lane". The preferred mobile app to use in Malaysia will be WhatsApp. — Please await for your driver at the agreed Arrival Pick Up Lane for your transfer to Ipoh using our air-conditioned comfortable vehicle.

Pickup Information

Pickup Details: - On the actual day, once you've cleared custom, got your bags, head to the arrival pickup area. - Please take note on your exit door number and the pillar number at the pickup lanes, it'll be best if you can send him a picture of the pillar/number via WhatsApp. - Once your driver received your update, he will start driving from the airport designated waiting area (which is about 5-10 minutes away) to you. Driver's Contact: - The assignment of driver will be on the day before your transfer, his mobile number with vehicle details will be sent to you then.
