Visit to Palazzo Santa Maria, a 17th century building overlooking the main square of the historic center of Camerota. Visit of the Church of the Annunciation in LICUSATI, located 2 km from the village. Along the panoramic road of Ciglioto the tour ends, and then return to Marina di Camerota, with an aperitif at Lido Mito degli Dei, on the beach of Mingardo.

2. MUSEO DEGLI INFRESCHI
Visit to the Museum of Frescoes to discover the flora and fauna of the Marine Protected Area 'Costa degli Infreschi e della Masseta'. A surprising journey awaits you to discover the maritime traditions that revolve around the Infreschi Bay and its Tonnara, the prehistoric history of the Serratura cave passing through the most characteristic species such as the Posidonia, the Pinna Nobilis, the Caretta Caretta Turtle and many others.

3. Grotta Preistorica della Cala
The Cave of Cala is the first cave to open a few meters from the sea. Composed of a cave ante and a cave back, connected by a bottleneck. The shape of this cave resembles an hourglass. Pebbles and bone weapons testify to the presence of our Neanderthal ancestors who inhabited the cave in the Middle Paleolithic. Later bequeathed to Homo Sapiens, the cave experienced a more systematic use. Hunting was a living at that time; for this reason various stone tools have been found, such as scratches and spine tips, faunal remains, marine shells used as ornaments, bone artifacts and hearths. Traces found on the site allow us to mentally reconstruct lifestyles, far from us 20,000 and 40,000 years ago.

4. Camerota
Walking through the streets of the medieval village of Camerota, you will come across Pompey’s workshop, in which the art of clay processing has been handed down for generations and has its roots in Ancient Greece. From the workshop it's easy to get to his shop. The store overlooks Piazza San Vito, at the entrance to the village. The shelves are full of beautiful works. Pompey explains to visitors the various uses that can be made with that jug, or with that «quartuccia». There are containers for oil, wine, ashtrays, vases, jugs of all sizes, but also nativity scenes, animals and ceramics decorated in the Vietri style. Pompey’s wife, Antonia, is the one who gives life and colors to the creations. Firm hand and different tempera. Mix, wet with water, fade. She is the one who completes the beauties thought by her husband.

5. Palazzo Santa Maria, Fondazione Meeting del Mare C.R.E.A.
Visit of Palazzo Santa Maria, a seventeenth-century building that overlooks the main square of the historic center of Camerota and from there climbs steps, all over the rocky ridge of the ancient village until almost reaching the medieval castle, the highest point of the town. A historic residence immersed in the ancient center of Camerota Alta. All the rooms of the Palace, from the stables, the cellars, the rooms of the main floor and the large attic have been enhanced in an admirable way and to draw a habitat of incomparable charm that preserves intact traces of its origin, with period furnishings and an interesting collection of ancient and contemporary works of art that make this place an indispensable destination for those visiting the Cilento.

6. Antica Osteria Del Borgo
Tasting at the Antica Osteria del Borgo, born from the love and passion that chef Rosalia, owner of the restaurant, nurtures towards cuisine, tradition and her homeland. Rosalia cares very much that her customers feel at home, thus offering a typical Cilento cuisine respecting the original flavors of the past.

7. Licusati
Visit to the church of the Santissima Annunziati in Licusati, located about 2 km from the village, which celebrates the Annunciation on May 18 and September 8. These dates are linked to two episodes that, thanks to Mary's maternal hand, did not cause irreparable disasters. During World War II, on May 18, the Germans decided to bomb the country, but Our Lady covered the valley with a blanket of fog, hiding it. One of these planes crashed in the Valley of Sant’Angelo in Camerota and the rest of the air team went to bomb Sapri. Instead, September 8 is celebrated for the escaped danger during a violent earthquake at the beginning of the last century. Entering the sanctuary you find yourself in front of the statue of Maria Santissima Annunziata, raising your eyes to the ceiling you can see the paintings made by Rosalbo Bortone and all around, almost reached the altar, you are fascinated by the scenarios of the Birth and Death of Christ, made by Carmine Caputo.
