For Bookings with Palace Entry only:- Your guide will have the palace entry ticket on the day of the tour when you meet at Queensway Station. IMPORTANT: The Meeting Point is Queensway Underground Station (NOT KENSINGTON PALACE) https://goo.gl/maps/2zVFJv69m5pJmHzi7 Please arrive at least 10 mins before the experience starts, this is a regular tour & you will be joined by other guests. For the respect of all our clients, we will leave on time & we do not take on latecomers & there are no refunds if you miss the tour.
