Thank you for your booking. Please read through as it includes important information. For Bookings with Palace Entry:- You need to send an email to hello@toptastingtours.com to receive your Palace Entry Ticket. This must be shown to gain Entry. We regret we are unable to provide refunds for lost Tickets. Please note we meet at Queensway Station and not the Palace. IMPORTANT: The Meeting Point is Queensway Underground Station (NOT KENSINGTON PALACE) https://goo.gl/maps/2zVFJv69m5pJmHzi7 Please arrive at least 10 mins before the experience starts, this is a regular tour and you will be joined by other guests. For the respect of all our clients, we will leave on time and we do not take on latecomers and there are no refunds if you miss the tour.
