You’ll also receive a confirmation message with the driver’s name, contact number, and vehicle details before the tour, so you can easily recognize or reach your driver upon arrival.
Redemption Instructions
Your Table Mountain cableway ticket is included in the tour and will be provided directly by your driver on the day of the tour. No need to queue or book separately — your driver will assist you upon arrival at the cable station and guide you to the correct entrance. You do not need to redeem the ticket yourself. The ticket is valid for round-trip travel on the cableway. In case of weather-related closure, your driver will inform you and assist with rescheduling or alternatives.
Pickup Information
Pick-up will be from most central Cape Town hotels, guesthouses, and Airbnbs. The pick up can also be extended to the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, (like Claremont or Rondebosch) The exact pick-up time will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email prior to the tour. Airport pick up will require additional fare Please provide your accommodation name and address when booking to ensure smooth coordination.
