Redemption Instructions

Pick up time will be communicated to you the day before the tour at approximately 19:00pm in the evening, but it is usually between 7:30am and 8:30am. Should Table Mountain be closed due to weather conditions kindly note that we will proceed with the rest of the tour as per itinerary. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended Minimum numbers apply. South Africa is currently experiencing Load Shedding during which credit card machines may be offline at some entry points, therefore, we recommend to bring some cash (ZAR) with you in case of Load Shedding. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers (minimum 2) to meet requirements.
