• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your flight arrival details or ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.
Pickup Information
We pickup from all location including hotels, airport, hostels, residentials, train station ,port etc. where ever you opt for in city limits . We will share Guide or Driver details along with vehicle number with you through Wassup or email one day prior of the tour. Check someone holding your name A4 size card for identification and our company name also mentioned on it. Hotels: Pickup from Lobby(Driver will meet you around reception area. For cruise ship customers: Pickup from cruise terminal (Cruise customers need to meet at the out gate ,you can take free shuttle bus service to reach out gate approximately 1 minutes away from cruise terminal) For cruise ship customers: (Wheel chair transportation) All wheel chair accessible pickup would be done at the cruise terminal. Airport: Pickup from Arrival terminal out gate Railway station: Outside your train coach ,please share your train details with coach number and seat / berth number. Residential: Pickup from Doorstep. Return point: To the door step of your Hotel / Airport / Train station .
