You will priority access the archaeological site and enjoy a professionally-guided tour of the temples to see and learn about the main attractions such as the astronomical observatory of the Mayan city of Tulum and cultural buildings throughout the limits of the walls. You must contact Cancun Experience at least 24 hours before your product date to arrange transportation, if you book within 24 hours please contact immediately. Use the contact details on your confirmation/voucher. Upon pickup or arrival at the meeting point, please present your confirmation/voucher and photo ID in exchange for your product. If you do not require hotel pickup or selected the meeting point option, meet the tour at the designated meeting point. Please look out for the staff holding the orange Cancun Experience logo.

You must be able to walk at a leisurely pace for approximately 1.5miles (2km) and be able to climb and descend stairs.

Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby or meeting point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.

Roundtrip transportation is available from most centrally located Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen Hotels. You will confirm your exact pickup time with the local tour operator.

If your hotel is outside coverage you will be asked to meet the tour at a nearby location.

Hotel pickup from Tulum hotels is not available. Passengers staying at Tulum Hotels must meet the tour at the designated meeting point.

You should bring swimwear, towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, insect repellent and spending cash for incidentals.

Please note that as of January 2nd, 2025, Mexican federal government has imposed a new additional mandatory tax for all visitors attending Tulum Archeological Site (Mayan Ruins). As a result, a mandatory surcharge of 750MXN pesos per passenger is payable in cash on the day of your activity.
