1. Vilaflor
This is one of the highest municipalities in Spain with almost 1500m of altitude. Here we can also enjoy a good local coffee. We can also acclimatize with the heights.

2. El Pino Gordo
Here we see the oldest and thickest pine in Tenerife
Duration: 15 mins
3. Mirador de Boca Tauce
Here we see a huge lava landscape with views of Mount Teide
Duration: 10 mins
4. Paradores Cañadas del Teide
In this most outstanding place of the national park we will make a long stop to visit the Roques de Garcia. It is the most visited place in the national park.

5. Mirador de las Narices del Teide
This is a place on the Pico Viejo Volcano where it erupted in 1798 for 92 days. We can see the craters from the eruption.

6. Mirador de los Poleos
Here we can see a landscape of giant lava with beautiful views of the neighboring islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro.
