1. The Temple of Heaven is a complex of imperial religious Confucian buildings situated in the southeastern part of central Beijing. The complex was visited by the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for annual ceremonies of prayer to Heaven for a good harvest. Opening time from April 1st to October 31st: The park gate is open from 6:00 to 22:00 (admission ends at 21:00) The attractions in the park are open from 8:00 to 18:00 (admission ends at 17:30) Opening time from November 1st to March 31st: The park gate is open from 6:30 to 22:00 (admission ends at 21:00) The attractions in the park are open from 8:00 to 17:00 (admission ends at 16:30) The attractions are closed every Monday.
2. The Summer Palace is a vast ensemble of lakes, gardens and palaces in Beijing. It was an imperial garden during the Qing dynasty. Opening time from April 1st to October 31st: The park gate is open from 6:00 to 20:00 (admission ends at 19:00) The attractions in the park are open from 8:00 to 18:00 (admission ends at 17:30) Opening time from November 1st to March 31st: The park gate is open from 6:30 to 19:00 (admission ends at 18:00) The attractions in the park are open from 8:30 to 17:00 (admission ends at 16:30)
