Please arrive 10 minutes early. Meet one of our representatives in front of the Tower of London Shop. Look for our friendly staff in red, holding a sign with 'The Tour Guy' on it!

Redemption Instructions
- Only small bags are permitted inside the Tower of London. Large backpacks and wheeled bags are not allowed; please leave them at your accommodation before arriving. - All guests must pass through a security check before entry. Even with after-hours timed entry, a short wait may apply. - Photography is not permitted during the Ceremony of the Keys; this rule is strictly enforced. - Please note that this experience focuses on the Tower's outdoor grounds; interior building access is not included. - Please note that depending on site conditions or operational requirements, the order of stops within the grounds may vary. - It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 10 to 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, and missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded. - Please bring a valid government-issued ID for entry
