Redemption Instructions

Information for the customer (Know before you go) • Check your email the day before the tour. • This tour includes pickup and drop-off at your accommodation in zone 1. You will travel around the city on the London Underground, day tickets are included. If your accommodation is outside zone 1, you can meet your guide in front of the Cheval Three Quays, 40 Lower Thames St, London EC3R 6AG. • With reserved entrance tickets to the Tower of London you can skip the line at the ticket office, but not at the entrance and security checks. The line to see the Crown Jewels may be 90 minutes long, so it may be excluded from the itinerary. Live commentary is prohibited in the Jewel House. • Skip-the-line tickets to Westminster Abbey give you access to the priority entrance for groups. Visiting during masses and special events is restricted. • Admission to the British Museum is only for the permanent collection. Free tickets are included. • Due to regulations, 1 licensed guide can lead a group of 1-20 people. We will arrange additional guides for larger groups.
