Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

- It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 10–15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, and missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded. - Large bags, backpacks, luggage, tripods, and glass bottles cannot be brought inside. - As the majority of the tour takes place outside, we recommend dressing for the weather and wearing comfortable walking shoes. - A free audio guide is available and can be accessed on your personal device for commentary on some of the key sights inside the tower. Please ensure you have internet access and bring your own headphones if you'd like to use this service. - We will be subject to a security check at the entrance to all sites. Depending on the volume of visitors, we may have a short wait in the security line. - TTG reserves the right to alter itineraries for reasons of safety, restoration, maintenance, adverse weather conditions, or occasional events. - Please note that up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time, Viator is able to amend/cancel your booking free of charge.
