• We kindly ask our guests be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. • Our City Wonders coordinators will be wearing blue City Wonders polo shirts or jackets or flag to be easily recognizable at the meeting point. • Appropriate dress is required for entry into some sites on this tour. Knees, shoulders and backs must be covered. • Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' access. • This tour involves a fair amount of walking, hills, and stairs; comfortable shoes are recommended. • Tour not recommended for claustrophobic people. • This service ends at San Martino ai Monti [Day Tour] or Piazza Barberini [After Hours Tour] • Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated! • City Wonders is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged. Guests should ensure they keep track of their items throughout the entire duration of the tour. Please note that any additional shipping costs related to retrieved items will not be covered by City Wonders • Basilica of San Martino ai Monti is not visited in the exclusive after hours tour option. That option last 2.5 hours instead of 3.5 hrs for the day tour. • Please note, on Sundays the Church visits is not guaranteed due to liturgical activities. If Private Tour option is selected: • Please ensure to add your accommodation details in the "Special Requirements" field on the check-out page or to email them to us at info@citywonders.com • It is the customers’ responsibility to arrive at the agreed Meeting Point 10 minutes before the scheduled tour time and present their tour voucher to the driver. The driver will allow a maximum tolerance of 15 minutes from the scheduled tour time. Missed tours or tickets due to missed pick-up cannot be refunded.
