City Course 12:00PM: Cruise past Tokyo’s iconic landmarks offer stunning views of the city’s skyline. Meet at 11:40AM : Kindly verify your meeting point (Tokyo VIP Lounge) in advance and arrive at least 20 minutes before the departure time. Duration: 1 hour 10 minutes Route: Tokyo Station Area → Imperial Palace Area → Meiji Jingu Gaien → Tokyo Midtown & Roppongi → Tokyo Tower → Hibiya & Ginza.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Note: In general, we do not send out confirmation emails prior to departure. Heat Precautions: During the tour, temperatures may be high. Customers are responsible for taking appropriate precautions against the heat. We recommend bringing plenty of water, wearing lightweight clothing, applying sunscreen, and wearing a hat. Meeting point: You will find "Family Mart" near Gindako and Tokyo VIP Lounge is above Family Mart, 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. Please go up by stairs or elevator. Please check in with our staff 20–40 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure smooth boarding. Stay attentive as the group will be moving on to the bus 10~5 minutes before the departure time. The meeting point is a paid facility. Open-Top Bus customers can use the facilities free of charge starting 40 minutes before their departure. For usage outside this time frame, please be prepared to pay the facility fee and check the details on the day of your visit. The meeting point is a shared space shared space with other general users. We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining proper etiquette and order while using the facilities. As the Open Top Bus is an open-roof vehicle, customers are kindly requested to prepare appropriate clothing and protection according to the weather and temperature. To ensure a more comfortable experience, we recommend the following: Summer: A hat with a chin strap, sunscreen, a handheld fan, cooling towel, and other heat protection items. Winter: A thick jacket, scarf, gloves, earmuffs, hand warmers, blanket, and other cold-weather gear. Please note that we may not be responsive on all channels outside of our business hours, which are 9:30AM–6:30PM JST (Monday–Friday).
