Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

There is a possibility of cancellation if there is not enough passengers. In this case, an alternative travel date or full refund will be offered. Your pick-up time will be advised the day prior to your travel date (by 6:30pm) via text or message through customer portal.

Pickup Information

Pick-up from all Hotels and Accommodation located in Lovedale, Nulkaba, Cessnock, Rothbury and Pokolbin locations (only) commence at 9:15am for a 10:00am start (morning tour) OR 2:15pm for a 3:00pm start (afternoon tour). Provide your accommodation name/full address when booking. Your pick-up time will be advised the day prior (by 6:30pm) via text. Please note: we do not travel to Sydney or Newcastle.
