Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

To redeem the experience, you must present your entry at the corresponding meeting point: the Celtic Area (located between gates 14 and 15) 10 minutes beforehand. Rigorous punctuality is requested. In case of late arrival and with the tour already started at the meeting point it will not be possible to access it and it will be necessary to acquire a new ticket without possibility of refund. This new entry will be subject to availability.
