• Remember to bring with you Passport or ID card that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to St.Mark’s Basilica • Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before tour start time. • A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements • Please note that no refund will be accepted for no shows or late arrivals. The tour will take place also with rain, in the event of exceptional high tide it might be cancelled and refund will be provided. • Please note that due to safety measures, lines to access the Doge's Palace might be expected also for skip-the line accesses. It is still a privileged access but all visitors are requested to go through safety checks.
