Pickup Information

If you’re being picked up at the airport, please provide us with your flight number and arrival time so we can track your flight and adjust the pickup time if necessary. Additionally, after your flight lands, our driver will wait 60 minutes to ensure you have enough time to go through security, collect your luggage, and make your way to the arrivals area. The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it, which will make it easy to find each other. In the event that your flight is changed or canceled for any reason, it is important that you inform us of the new details, including the flight number and arrival time, so we can update our information and be there when you arrive, as we have no way of knowing if your flight was changed. If the pickup is at a hotel the day before the service, you must provide us with the exact address and room number so that our driver can find you at the front desk by name and room number. Please note that if for any reason you are delayed at the departure time, our driver will wait for you for 20 minutes after the scheduled time, but if you need more time, an additional charge will apply for the waiting time.
