Redemption Instructions
Start your visit at the Mail Rail entrance. Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before the end of the Mail Rail timeslot shown on your ticket. Failure to arrive on time may result in being unable to ride Mail Rail. Visit the Exhibitions after your ride. There is a one-way route in operation at the museum, which starts with your ride on Mail Rail. On arrival to the museum you can also check-in using the NHS Test & Trace QR code.
