We remind you that this is not the final ticket, the entrance tickets will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp the day before the booked date. This is a skip-the-line entrance ticket, you must not queue at the ticket office, you must go through turnstiles. It is extremely important that you download your tickets at your hotel before arriving at Teotihuacan, as there may not be service at the archaeological site, and you will not be able to enter without them.
