Pickup Information

Pickup & Drop-off Information: We offer FREE pickup and drop-off services at hotels and locations within all 23 wards of Tokyo. For pickups or drop-offs outside Tokyo’s 23 wards, an additional fee applies: Haneda Airport – ¥10,000 per way (pickup or drop-off) Narita Airport – ¥10,000 per way (pickup or drop-off) Kanagawa/Yokohama – ¥10,000 per way (pickup or drop-off) Important: If your pickup or drop-off location is outside Tokyo’s 23 wards, please let us know in advance by mentioning it in the “Special Requirements” section when booking.
