Their lemon and peppermint water is the best in the world.

3. Maybe these tacos are not recognized by the Michelin guide but we can be sure that they are one of the best carnitas tacos in Mexico. The masiza taco with zarrapa is the best there is.
4. The guisado taco is the most popular in all of Mexico. It consists of a filling added to the tortilla to form the taco; from the humblest homes to the most luxurious, everyone eats guisado tacos.
5. After the event we can finish having some margaritas in the place of origin. Ensenada invented the margarita. Everyone pays for their drink or have a specialty coffee like a flat white or a driper in a nice square.
