You must call 07 4042 7300 24-48 hours prior to travel to confirm your pickup time and location. You will be required to bring: • Shoes with a secure heel strap (Shoe hire is available for $5 per pair) - no thongs, slides. • Swimwear • A towel • Change of clothes • Waterproof sunscreen/insect repellent Rafting Levy - $30pp AUD payable on the day of travel ($35pp from 01 April 2026). Hotel pickups from Cairns or Mission Beach (If option has been selected) commence prior to the start time. You are required to contact the local service provider 24-48 hours prior to your tour to verify your exact pickup time.

IMPORTANT: Please note that all participants must have a competent swimming ability and be able to understand and follow River Guide instructions in English to take part in Tully River rafting. This is essential for your safety. English speaking and comprehension will be assessed by our River Guides at the time of pick-up. If there are any concerns regarding a guest’s ability to understand instructions or communicate effectively with the guides, participation may not be permitted.
