THERE ARE TWO MEETING POINTS FOR THIS TOUR. 1st proceed to our store to check-in & receive gear. Keauhou Shopping Center, 78-6831 Alii Drive (Located courtyard behind Tropics & Bianelli's). Park & walk into courtyard area. 2nd, you will drive to Keauhou Bay, which is 1.4 miles from the center. There will be a QR code to scan for directions at checkin. Transportation to store & to Keauhou Bay is guest responsibility. If Ubering, schedule 2 stops in the app. No need to return to store post trip KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: * Snorkel participants must have swim experience * standing/going ashore prohibited * Min. age: 6 yrs old * Minors must be accompanied by adult at all times, whether on boat or in water * Not for travelers with heart, neck, back problems or may be pregnant. WHAT TO BRING: * Reef safe (zinc/mineral based) sunscreen only. No oxybenzone/octinoxate. Lotions only. In the event you do not show for your tour or choose not to attend, we do not offer reschedules, credits or refunds, no exceptions. Min. numbers apply. In the event minimums are not met, you will be offered an alternative tour or full refund. We are blessed to have great weather. However, if we deem ocean conditions to be unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule your tour. Tours run in rain.
