Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

You must provide the tour operator with your hotel room number no later than 4pm the day before the tour, otherwise the tour will be cancelled. Without your room number, they will not be able to pick you up at your hotel. In case of late check in let us know and we will wait for your room number. What to bring with you: - Towel - Swimsuit - Hat/sunglasses - Sunscreen & mosquito repellent - Cash (tips/souvenirs) - Ruins: In case you bring a go pro camera, a video camera or a phone with a selfie stick, there is a 60 pesos (less than 3USD) per device charged at the entrance of each archeological site, to be paid in pesos (INAH tax) - Drones and tripods for video/cameras are forbidden. -Tulum Ruins: it is forbidden to enter the ruins with plastic water bottles. If you wish to bring water for the visit, please bring your own reusable water bottle. We'll have water in the van for you to fill or refill. No show will apply 15 minutes after the confirmed pick up time.

Pickup Information

We pick up from all hotels - rentals located in Tulum Akumal Puerto Aventuras. In case of rentals, we need the name and address, and that you share the location via whatsapp. No-shows apply 15 minutes after the confirmed pick-up time. For the best experience, we advise choosing a pick-up time of either 7:30 am or 8 am. This will allow you to avoid both the crowds and the heat, ensuring a more enjoyable outing.
