Meeting and Pickup
Our transportation is a white van and your guide will be wearing a green polo outside the Hacienda Doña Isabel, which is at the main entrance to the Bahia Principe hotels.

Please show your reservation to your guide before boarding the transportation. It's not necessary to print your ticket.
Pickup Information
We have pick-up meeting points at hotels outside lobbies or at main security entrances, depending on your hotel. We also have meeting pick up points if your hotel is not listed or if you are staying at an Airbnb. Simply add your location in the notes after purchase and we'll send you the closest pickup location and meeting time. We have pick-ups in Tulum, Riviera maya and Cancun.
