How to get your voucher on Viator portal: 1)Open the Viator app or website and log in. 2)Select "Bookings" and locate your order. 3)Click on the drop-down menu labeled “Show details.” 4)Click “Print ticket.” 5) If an error page appears after clicking the [Print Ticket] button, please close the error page and return to your booking details to retry. It may take two to three attempts for the ticket voucher to display. E-tickets (voucher with QR code) can be exchanged to physical ticket by travelers on ticket vending machines located at 4F in SKYTREE. http://www.tokyo-skytree.jp/en/access/ **NOTIFICATION ABOUT VOUCHER CANNOT DISPLAY** Recently, a system error is causing our customers cannot open QR Code voucher on their phone. Please contact us 2 business days before your trip if you cannot download voucher on your phone. We will either send the voucher to you through your email or we will refund you directly if that does not work either. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused! This is an E-ticket voucher product for SKYTREE Admission Ticket. After confirmation, there will be a PDF voucher file which includes the QR Code sent to your email, or you can go to your booking detail page, click [print e-ticket] button, and the PDF voucher can be downloaded. E-tickets (QR Codes) must be exchanged to physical tickets at 4F Ticket Counter before entrance.
