How to get your voucher on Viator portal: 1)Open the Viator app or website and log in. 2)Select "Bookings" and locate your order. 3)Click on the drop-down menu labeled “Show details.” 4)Click “Print ticket.” 5) If an error page appears after clicking the [Print Ticket] button, please close the error page and return to your booking details to retry. It may take two to three attempts for the ticket voucher to display.
