For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Please contact us to let us know the name of the hotel you will be staying in order for us to schedule the pick up time. Please note that the tour starts at 16:00 hrs but hotel pick ups are assigned before that time and will depend of the location of where are you staying.

Pickup Information

At the time of booking please specify the name of the hotel you will be staying in order for us to confirm hotel pick up. Please note transportation is offered from Hotels not condos or vacation rentals, if you are staying in one of this, let us know the location we may find a close location the one we can offer the pick up service. Please do not send us a hotel name if you are not a guest of it, because due to local regulations we can't pick you up from street, only by main lobby of hotels. Let us know where you are staying and we will advise you the closest pick up location.
