Redemption Instructions

• Minimum drinking age is 18 years. • Meeting point: Casa Marchetti – Alberto Marchetti Gelateria, Piazza C.L.N. 248, Turin (near Piazza San Carlo). Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the starting time. • Turin’s historic centre can be busy, so we recommend allowing extra time to reach the meeting point. • A reminder email with full meeting details and Google Maps link will be sent 24–32 hours before the experience. • This experience requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum is not reached 24 hours prior, guests will be offered a reschedule or full refund. • The experience includes a relaxed walk of approximately 1–2 km through the historic centre of Turin. • The culinary journey finishes in the historic centre and does not return to the starting point. • The experience runs rain or shine, so please dress comfortably according to the weather.
