Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Dress code - please dress to the weather conditions. We supply blankets for cooler weather. • Remember to bring your togs and towels. A limited supply of items are available to borrow at Tekapo Springs. • Please note: you must book your transport 24 hours in advance by contacting us via phone or emailing bookings@tekapostargazing.co.nz  • Cancellation Policy - Reservations can be cancelled up to 6 hours prior to tour departure time. After than time bookings become non-refundable. If you transfer your booking within the 6 hours the booking become non-refundable. • All tours go ahead regardless of weather conditions, an indoor tour takes place if the weather is not suitable for out door star gazing. If the tour is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions (snow and ice) you will be entitled to a full refund. • Wheelchair accessible.
