We cannot miss the mills of La Mancha, your guide will carefully explain how this engineering marvel works. Lunch will be in a traditional Manchego restaurant with a tasting of the most characteristic dishes of La Mancha, including the world famous Manchego cheese D.O.P. and Saffron. We will visit a very traditional style winery where wines are made in a very artisanal way, just as it has been done in La Mancha for hundreds of years.
