Pickup Information

We fully commit to our passengers. From the moment of reservation until their arrival at the airport or bus terminal in Puerto Maldonado, our assistant will be present to welcome them and take them to our office in the city for check-in. From here, they will commence their journey in the Tambopata Reserve. Likewise, on the last day, we will accompany them to the airport or terminal with a 3-hour advance to ensure a smooth departure from Puerto Maldonado."
