Pickup Information

We pick up from all hotels - rentals located from Playa del Carmen to Tulum. An additional pick-up fee will be due to the guide on the day of the tour if you are staying north of Playa del Carmen (USD 30), Puerto Morelos (USD 45) or Cancun (USD 90). If condo or house rental, we require the full name and address of the place, sharing location via phone upon arrival is requested. No-shows apply 15 minutes after the confirmed pick-up time.
