Redemption Instructions
STOP: THIS VOUCHER IS NOT YOUR ENTRY TICKET! Do NOT scan this page at the attraction. It will be rejected by the staff. How to get in: 1. We will send your Official E-Tickets (QR Codes) directly to your email and platform messages within 7 days before your scheduled visit. 2. You must download and present those Official E-Tickets at the gates for admission. 【SHIBUYA SKY Entry Instructions】 1. E-Ticket Entry: Present the e-ticket (QR code) sent to your email. Proceed directly to the 14th-floor admission gate in Shibuya Scramble Square. 2. Strict Time Policy: You MUST arrive within your selected time slot. Entry is strictly managed; latecomers may be denied entry without a refund. 3. Rooftop Safety Rules: For wind safety, loose items (hats, umbrellas, scarves), bags, tripods, and selfie sticks are strictly prohibited on the outdoor deck. You must store them in the coin lockers on the 46th floor (requires a 100 JPY coin, which is returned later). 4. Luggage: Large luggage and strollers cannot be brought up. Please use public lockers on the 1st floor or at the station beforehand. 【Tokyo Subway Pass QR Code Redemption Instructions】 1. Wait for your QR Code: Your Official E-Ticket (QR code) will be sent to your email and platform messages within 7 days before your trip. Do NOT use the platform booking voucher at stations. 2. How to Use: Scan the QR code at any QR-compatible gate in Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway stations to enter and exit. The 24-hour pass activates upon your first gate entry. 3. If Gates Are Not Compatible: ①Ask station staff for assistance, or You may need to scan the on-site QR code manually. ②If no staff is present, press the intercom to request help. 4. Restrictions: This pass is valid ONLY on Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines. Screenshots or printed QR codes are not valid.
